• Lead transportation and logistics operations across domestic and international markets, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets • Develop and execute procurement strategies, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor onboarding • Design and manage network optimization initiatives to reduce cost and improve delivery performance • Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional logistics teams, fostering a high-performance culture • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational efficiency, vendor compliance, service quality, and compliance • Partner with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives • Drive process improvement initiatives, including the development of SOPs and training programs • Manage TMS, WMS, and other logistics technology platforms, leading integration and testing efforts as needed • Oversee compliance with DOT, OSHA, HOS, and other applicable regulatory requirements

• Ejecutar y controlar la operación integral de los productos financieros (payins, payouts y servicios asociados). • Asegurar continuidad operativa y la conciliación precisa de cada flujo. • Gestionar y validar cortes operativos diarios, verificando resultados y asegurando la regularización de cualquier diferencia o rechazo. • Procesar la carga e intercambio de archivos operativos, garantizando la integridad de la información en cada importación/exportación. • Registrar y resguardar evidencias de todas las operaciones ejecutadas para un control documental adecuado. • Coordinar con Customer Support para dar respuesta operativa sobre el estado de transacciones o procesos. • Seguir y promover las normativas de seguridad de la información y protección de datos (SI, PDP, PLAFT, etc.).
