Kiss My Apps is a platform company that unites 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products, reaching 100M+ users with its own ecosystem of analytical, payment, and marketing solutions. KMA products are global leaders in utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches — AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter, and more. These products hold top positions in the App Store and serve the needs of a community of hundreds of millions. Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year-over-year — and we are looking for a Linkbuilder Specialist, someone who will help us scale even faster. Briefly about the role: You will join the Botan team to build a high-quality backlink profile and scale our presence in the most competitive global markets (US & Tier-1). You’ll have the resources, budget, and freedom to experiment and establish a link-building process that sets the gold standard for the industry. Your tasks: - Implementation of Linkbuilding Strategy: Executing the roadmap in alignment with the product's SEO goals. - Full-cycle Outreach: From identifying high-quality prospects and analyzing metrics to final placement (guest posting, link insertion, PR mentions). - Resource Management: Working with vendors, platforms, and establishing direct communication with webmasters. - Content & Quality Control: Preparing briefs for copywriters, managing anchor lists, and verifying every placed link. - Reporting: Maintaining a plan-vs-actual log, controlling budgets, and proposing new acquisition channels. What we expect from you: - 1+ year of experience in link building/outreach. - Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Google Sheets, Hunter / Snov.io. - Analytical Approach: Understanding donor quality metrics beyond just DR (traffic trends, relevance, spam score). - SEO Foundations: Basic knowledge of on-page/off-page SEO and anchor text strategies. - English Intermediate+: Strong written skills for high-stakes negotiations and deal-closing. - Ownership: Ability to drive the process from search to placement independently. Would be a plus: - Experience with US/UK/CA markets. - Proven track record of scaling (successful cases of 40+ high-quality links per month). You’ll fit right in if you’re looking for: - Product-centric environment: The chance to focus on one world-class product instead of juggling dozens of agency clients. - Experimentation freedom: A place where testing new tools and approaches is always encouraged. - High-impact work: Seeing how your links directly push product rankings to the top. We offer: - Work format of your choice: Fully remote from anywhere in the free world, or access to one of our offices (Kyiv, Warsaw). - Conditions for performance: Competitive compensation matching your skills, and all necessary equipment regardless of your location. - Growth through action: 80%+ of leads at KMA were career switchers 2-3 years ago. Your impact here is defined by how fast you learn and take ownership. - Team activities: Online yoga twice a week to support mental health. - Professional development: English speaking clubs with native speakers, opportunities to speak at internal/external events, and a budget covering up to 50% of conferences and courses. - Flexible benefits: A fixed annual budget you can spend on health insurance, psychotherapy, sports, or dental care. Plus, 40 days of paid time off (vacation + sick leaves). - Support during the war: Ensuring everything needed for uninterrupted work, systematic support for the Defense Forces, and participation in recovery initiatives. - Important: Deferment (booking) option for those eligible for military service after the probation period, subject to proper military documentation and company capabilities according to current legislation. How the hiring process looks: - Intro with a Recruiter - Test Task - Interview with Team Lead - Final Interview (Bar Raising) If you want to be more than just a link builder and become a driver of Botan's growth — let’s launch the future together.
