Key Responsibilities - Provide professional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly. - Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (written and spoken); English skills are a plus.
