What you'll do Procurement Specialist - at Regnology, you will contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide procurement processes and systems and ensure constant availability, cost effectiveness, integrity, and end-user satisfaction.Manages the purchasing of goods and services at the company level. Responsible for identifying potential supplier sources, conducting interviews with potential vendors, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contract. Your key accountabilities are: - As Procurement Specialist you are the interface between end users, departments and (IT) suppliers; - support and advise the end users and departments in the planning of procurements and supplier onboardings; - handle our supplier/procurement portals and support end users to use its functions; - manage the purchase order process from start to finish for all responsible budgets and ensure correct process for accounting procedures; - take care of the central contract and license management system to inventory our assets like licenses, contracts; - Adhere to company's procurement policies and procedures; - Diligently work through procurement requests via the IT service management system; - Recommend improvements in workflow, procedures, and documentation as it relates to the procurement systems; - Perform a variety of special projects and assignments in assigned area including the implementation and coordination of assigned program components and assists with the development of procedures.
