Job Responsibilities - Develop simulation infrastructure in support of digital-twin simulation efforts, enabling testing and fast debug cycles. - Define job site mapping workflow and develop tools to map job sites - Work with related engineering teams to shape tool development for production or raw or semi-raw sensor inputs appropriate for simulation use cases - Support and contribute to the development of C++ and Python robotics software. - Design and support tools to visualize camera geometry, fields of view, and overlaps within multi-camera systems. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline plus 5 years of related experience. - Required skills: - Develop camera visibility models incorporating camera intrinsics, distortion correction, extrinsics, and mechanical tolerances using Blender and OpenCV (4 yrs). - Design and deploy distributed simulation systems using AWS cloud-based web services to enable scalable digital-twin environments with remote sensor data ingestion and real-time visualization (any amount of experience). - Define and extend onboard and machine-to-machine communications using MQTT and DDS middleware and Protobuf and OMGIDL message schemas for publish-subscribe and request-reply communication models (1 yr, 6 mos). - Develop real-time simulation tools utilizing ray tracing-based software to drive perception inputs (1 yr). - Create and maintain relevant Bazel build targets to support scalable, reproducible, and efficient builds for multiple compute architectures across complex codebases (1 yr) - 100% remote working allowed; can live anywhere in the US; periodic visits to the office required. • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based automation solutions. • Participate in process discovery and requirements gathering with internal teams and customers. • Contribute to solution design discussions and provide technical input on automation approaches. • Build and maintain UiPath workflows following established development standards and best practices. • Support the integration of AI-enabled tools and platforms (e.g., Anthropic, ChatGPT, Copilot) into automation solutions, as applicable. • Implement appropriate exception handling, logging, and monitoring. • Deploy and manage automations using UiPath Orchestrator (On-Prem & Automation Cloud), including scheduling and troubleshooting. • Create and maintain process and technical documentation (PDDs, SDDs, user guides). • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities. • Manage assigned work with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with the broader automation team. • Stay current with automation, AI, and low-code technologies and recommend incremental improvements.

• Design, build, and iterate on MuJoCo simulation environments for robotics research and AI training • Implement and tune RL algorithms (PPO, SAC, TD3) to train agents on simulated tasks • Define reward functions, observation spaces, and action spaces that produce robust, transferable policies • Debug and optimize physics simulations — contact models, actuator dynamics, scene configs • Evaluate trained policies for stability, generalization, and sim-to-real transfer potential • Document environment specs, training procedures, and experimental results clearly • Collaborate async with research teams and stay current with advances in robot learning and embodied AI

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced RPA and ML-based automation solutions. • Act as an innovation radar, identifying and evaluating emerging RPA/AI/ML technologies. • Ability to successfully manage multiple teams of RPA developers including providing them with career development, oversight, and feedback. • Design end-to-end RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. • Define automation architecture and best practices.
