• Delivering the PR strategy for DACH, aligned with global brand objectives. • Owning and nurturing strong relationships with German, Austrian, and Swiss editors, journalists, influencers, and tastemakers across lifestyle, fashion, design, and luxury. • Proactively securing impactful press coverage in tier-one media titles and driving relevant influencer partnerships. • Managing press office operations: pitching stories, handling product requests, coordinating mailers, and monitoring press coverage. • Translating and distributing seasonal press materials for Jellycat launches, ensuring key messaging aligns with brand standards. • Planning and executing local events and brand activations in line with Jellycat’s playful yet elevated identity. • Partnering with key retailers on launches and activations across the country, ensuring Jellycat is consistently presented in a premium way. • Working closely with the global PR team on cross-market launches and events to ensure consistent messaging. • Leading monthly reporting on PR activities in France, analysing coverage and providing insights to guide future strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of PR experience, ideally within a luxury brand or fast-paced PR agency environment.
- Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong existing network of media and influencer contacts across DACH.
- Proven experience organising high-profile events, from logistics to creative execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering everything to the highest standard.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, creative, and collaborative attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently liaise with both internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of the luxury lifestyle space and an understanding of current PR and influencer trends.
- Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and comfortable picking up new systems.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- A genuine interest in luxury, lifestyle, and creative brand storytelling.
