The role provides strategic and operational leadership for all delivery functions, including implementation, project management, consultancy and service transition. The Director ensures that customer deployments are delivered on time, within budget, aligned with revenue forecasts and to the expected quality standards, supporting the broader strategic objectives of Dedalus in the region whilst making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Essential Requirements - Significant experience leading professional services or delivery organisations within Healthcare Technology or Enterprise Software. - Proven track record delivering complex digital transformation programmes. - Experience working with NHS/HSE organisations or healthcare systems. - Strong leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary delivery teams. - Demonstrated capability in programme governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. - Commercial awareness including services revenue and margin management. - Ability to influence and engage with Group peers and functions where there is no direct control/responsibility. Desirable Requirements - Experience delivering large scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) or other complex hospital information and diagnostic systems. - Experience working within large international technology organisations. - Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, digital transformation and data platforms. This role will be responsible for developing a long-term roadmap for continuous advancement of field medical capabilities at Insmed aligned to program success. This will be a highly strategic role responsible for Field Medical tools, systems, and processes across the US, Europe, and Japan. The Senior Director, FME will demonstrate influential leadership to drive consistency worldwide, effectively prioritize needs, and embed best-in-class capabilities in the organization. This role will closely collaborate with Field Medical Leadership globally, across medical affairs functions, and with Commercial Effectiveness, Legal, Compliance, and IT. What You'll Do: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver strategic leadership for the Field Medical Excellence team, driving the mission and vision of the group.
