Descriptif du poste 🚀 Ton quotidien ? Sous la responsabilité de Maria, tu seras amené à : - Être le lien quotidien entre les clients et les équipes du cabinet - Participer à l’assistance des nouveaux clients pour la prise en main et l’aide sur notre application - Veiller à la bonne activation des comptes clients et suivre leurs mises à jour - Réaliser des échanges quotidiens avec les clients par téléphone, chat et mail - Participer chaque semaine aux stand-up, facilitant l’échange entre les membres des différentes équipes. Concrètement, ce sera toi qui feras faire “WAHOU” à tous nos clients ! Profil recherché 🚀 Et toi dans tout ça ? Titulaire d'un BTS Assistant de gestion PME/PMI, tu as au moins un an d'expérience dans des tâches similaires, tu aimes le contact client, et tu as envie d'un poste où on ne s'ennuie jamais, alors tu es la bienvenue chez Dougs !
