This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about driving business growth within an assigned market. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support day-to-day operations within your assigned market - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driver partners - Assist in driver onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements - Help drivers increase trip volume through strategic planning and support - Monitor market performance and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets - Execute operational tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations support and/or management
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong client management experience, handling both customers and partners
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently and follow through with minimal supervision
- Goal-driven with a strong focus on achieving monthly revenue targets
- Willing to work remotely on the US Eastern Time (ET) schedule

The PEO Retirement Plan Consultant (RPC) is aligned with the PEO market’s largest client and responsible for independently communicating and shepherding tasks associated with supporting new adopter sales and onboarding new adopters in partnership with the plan, their sales force, and their adopters. There are times when our software users need knowledgeable support from an empathetic technical support person - that's where you come in. As technical support your main duties would be as follows: - Analyse knowledgebase user engagement data and contribute helpful content to improve the customer experience. - Receive, analyse and manage customer support cases and provide meaningful solutions to ensure customer success.
