About this role: You will help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets by contributing your deal experience to a structured research project. The work involves evaluating, generating, and refining content that reflects how senior IB professionals think through transactions from origination and pitching through execution and close. What we're looking for: - 3–7 years of experience in investment banking or capital markets at a bulge bracket or elite boutique (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Citi, Barclays, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, Evercore, Moelis, Centerview, Lazard, Jefferies) - Associate, VP, or Director level across M&A, industry coverage, ECM/DCM leverage finance, or syndicate - Deep expertise in at least one of: M&A deal structuring and valuation, equity or debt capital markets execution, sector-specific coverage, or syndicate/book-running - Strong financial modeling skills (incl. • Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies across the full property portfolio • Conduct follow-up calls and send notices to tenants with overdue balances • Reconcile tenant ledgers and accounts to ensure accuracy • Track, analyze, and report delinquency metrics and trends to leadership • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications • Coordinate with property managers and legal teams when escalation is required • Develop and improve collection workflows, policies, and follow-up processes • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis • Create high-level, owner-facing reports that translate raw data into actionable insights • Assist with investor-related reporting as needed

• Manage global tax compliance including GST, TDS, corporate tax, VAT, and cross-border obligations • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely filings • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including financial reporting and regulatory filings • Maintain transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions across entities • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) • Prepare and manage financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports • Own month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and MIS reporting • Establish and enforce internal financial controls, approval workflows, and expense policies • Manage accounts payable, vendor invoicing, and intercompany billing processes • Support due diligence, audits, and fundraising activities with accurate financial data • Handle routine compliance, legal coordination, and administrative finance-related tasks
