• Team mission: Unlock value from the existing product scope - you and your team play a key role in achieving this goal. • Your mission: From contract renewals to identifying cross- and upsell opportunities, you are essential to growing our existing-customer business and increasing revenue. • Account management: You will manage a portfolio of approximately 400–500 SMB existing customers. • Renewal management: You will proactively renew customer contracts by creating quotes, negotiating prices, and documenting all relevant insights in Salesforce and Planhat. • Expansion management: You will identify cross- and upsell opportunities, conduct demos, raise awareness for specific products, and excite customers about the value of our offerings.

Job Requirements

  • You have experience in B2B new business or existing-customer sales, ideally for complex or consultative products
  • Experience in high-velocity sales: you are accustomed to handling a large number of customer contacts and efficiently managing many calls per day
  • Experience in fleet management or the automotive industry is a strong plus to quickly understand customer needs and challenges
  • Strong communication skills: you can translate complex products and concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language
  • Excellent organizational skills: you keep your pipeline up to date, prioritize effectively, and work in a structured way to achieve your goals
  • You are eager to continuously develop and approach feedback and change with an open, proactive attitude — growth mindset
  • You speak fluent German and English; any other languages are a plus!
