⭐ À propos L'application tout-en-un dédiée aux indépendants. Être indépendant, c’est avoir plusieurs métiers : son activité, son administratif, ses finances… Sauf qu’ils ont rarement des notions de comptabilité ! Pourtant, en France, il est obligatoire pour tous les indépendants, quelle que soit leur forme juridique, de tenir leur comptabilité et de déclarer leurs revenus. Deux possibilités s’offrent à eux : - La faire eux-même : en prenant plusieurs heures sur leur temps personnel pour le faire - Faire appel à un expert-comptable : ce qui présente un coût financier conséquent C’est pour leur permettre de se concentrer réellement sur leur métier qu’Indy a mis au point une solution unique qui leur permet de créer leur entreprise, d'automatiser leur comptabilité et leurs déclarations et d'ouvrir un compte pro gratuit ! Comment ça marche ? En synchronisant leur compte bancaire professionnel, leurs transactions sont automatiquement catégorisées dans les bonnes lignes comptables. Et ce n’est pas tout ! Indy permet également aux indépendants de créer des factures personnalisées et de générer leur liasse fiscale et bilan en seulement 2 heures. Indy s’appuie sur trois piliers, qui sont fondamentaux : un produit intuitif et bien pensé, des tarifs ultra-abordables (50% de nos fonctionnalités sont même accessibles gratuitement) et une importance très forte accordée à la qualité de notre service client. Déjà plus de 250 000 indépendants automatisent leur comptabilité avec Indy, et on vise d'accompagner 1 million d'indépendants d'ici fin 2027 ! Nous venons de lever 40 M€ en Serie-C, ce qui porte le total des fonds levés depuis le lancement à 86 M€. Nous sommes aujourd’hui 320 indies venant d’horizons et de parcours variés. Le produit est au cœur de notre culture et de nos priorités. Le·la Product Manager est donc le “CEO du produit” avec un rôle complet, varié et exigeant, à la croisée des métiers, dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire avec des compétences UI, UX et Tech. En collaboration avec l’équipe et sous la responsabilité du Head Of Produit, tu façonnes une expérience utilisateur avec des solutions inventives pour démocratiser notre solution de comptabilité pour les professions libérales et les indépendants. ⭐ Concrètement, tu gères l’ensemble du cycle de vie de ton produit, de la discovery jusqu’à la delivery, c’est-à-dire que tu : - Collectes, identifies et comprends en profondeur les besoins internes et ceux des clients. - Priorises les fonctionnalités pour faire évoluer ton produit en cohérence avec ta stratégie. - Travailles en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de ta squad composée de plusieurs développeur·ses, d’un product designer et d’un lead dev et plus largement avec les autres PM de l'entreprise. - Détailles les spécifications fonctionnelles pour faciliter le développement. - T’assures de la qualité du produit. ⭐ Environnement de travail Tu travailleras dans un environnement : - réellement bienveillant où la prise d'initiative est encouragée ; - extrêmement challengeant avec une équipe au top qui pousse pour s'améliorer jour après jour ; - où le souci des utilisateurs est porté par tous les salariés ; - où l'on recherche 100% de transparence dans la prise de décision, en particulier au sein du département tech & produit. ⭐ Profil recherché Le·a candidat·e idéal·e pour rejoindre notre équipe Produit Tu as 2 ou 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste de Product Manager au sein d’une équipe product avec au moins une expérience dans un environnement produit comme le notre.
