ICON is currently seeking a Clinical Site Associate (CSA) to join our diverse and dynamic team. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience as a Study Coordinator in clinical research. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting clinical trial operations by ensuring site compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting audit and inspection readiness. The position involves close collaboration with Clinical Research Associates and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality trial execution. .
