The MSR serves as the main point of communication for assisting members in accessing services, solving problems and communicating with other members of the Interdisciplinary Care Team. Some of your daily activities will include: - Handling incoming telephone calls and answering questions for members and providers - Assisting members in accessing all necessary covered and non-covered services in conjunction with plan of care. - Data entry for authorizations under the direction of the Care Management Supervisor. - Arrange appointments with physicians and other health care provider services. - Assist members in selection of participating providers that will help them improve the quality and outcomes of care. We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment. High school diploma required - Associates degree strongly preferred. Supports operations by creating and updating time scaled logic and bar chart diagrams, customized schedules and reports Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following: 5+ years directly related experience demonstrating advanced knowledge of craft specialty and/or nuclear operations, as well as experience preparing maintenance (PM/CM/Outage) schedules. In lieu of preferred related Associate's degree, may substitute High School diploma/GED and 7+ years of directly related experience. Considerable knowledge and work experience in project planning and work management. Knowledge of company software and systems used for scheduling outages. Proficiency in Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis, with considerable experience in the use of a computer, spreadsheet applications and on-line scheduling software. Proven ability to prepare and present technical information and data in a variety of formats. Previous experience working with LAN-based project scheduling tools. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work of self and others, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
