• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and other team members to conceptualize and prototype advanced technology-driven advertising solutions. • Proactively identify and bridge gaps between departments; observing creative workflows to identify struggles they may not have voiced and educating them on existing technical solutions. • Take initiative in identifying technical team constraints and translating them into actionable insights for the creative team to ensure seamless project delivery. • Identify new technology trends and assess their applicability to our advertising objectives, ensuring our strategies remain at the forefront of industry practices. • Conduct research and development to explore new platforms, software, and tools that enhance our creative capabilities and deliver superior results for clients. • Oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines and budgets. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technologists and technical teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning. • Partner with account teams to present technical concepts and solutions to clients, articulating complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. • Ensure all technological solutions are scalable and future-proof, with a strong emphasis on user experience and accessibility. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during project lifecycles. • Working with teams to help map out current and proposed processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) working in production on Print and Digital media types.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Creative Technologist or in a similar role within the advertising, marketing, or digital media industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with emerging technologies and platforms such as AI, machine learning, IoT, etc.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of taking initiative—moving beyond "executing a brief" to proactively proposing technological interventions.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing past projects that highlight your ability to merge creativity with technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in digital experiences.
- Exceptional communication and "translation" skills, with the ability to navigate both creative and technical languages to align diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The work is limited to CRM platform development, customization, integration, and support activities and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health or personal information.
