We're building a company at the intersection of payments infrastructure and data products — combining transaction execution with structured financial data that is enriched, explainable, and ready for both operational and AI-driven workflows. What You'll Be Working On - You'll own the company's full technical direction: architecture, reliability, delivery, infrastructure, and the people who make it happen. - Define and drive architectural strategy, introducing clear engineering governance — RFCs, tech radar, vendor evaluation, and practical risk management — without unnecessary bureaucracy. - Lead the evolution of a high-load, event-driven platform with a focus on scalability, resilience, and fault isolation. - Own reliability and incident management: observability, SRE practices, incident response, and postmortem culture — with a goal of better uptime, faster detection, and fewer repeated issues. - Oversee engineering hiring, performance, and development of tech leads; build a culture of end-to-end ownership and accountability. - Manage cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery, and business continuity in collaboration with DevOps. - Drive infrastructure efficiency, cost control, and continuous performance improvement through centralized observability and clear ownership. - Act as a bridge between engineering teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring technical decisions align with business goals. - Champion automation, AI integration, and engineering process optimization. - Design APIs and integration strategies; establish coding, architectural, and infrastructure standards. What You Need to Succeed - Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Principal Architect in a high-load SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure company. - Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices — including how they behave at scale in production. - Strong hands-on development background, especially in Go and Python - Track record of improving reliability, delivery speed, and infrastructure efficiency (uptime, MTTR, MTTD, release cadence, cloud cost). - Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, and incident management at scale. - Comprehensive technical background across architecture, cloud platforms, security, and distributed systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and strategic technology leadership. - Familiar with PCI DSS compliance and secure system design. - Skilled at hiring and mentoring strong engineers and tech leads. - Comfortable with vendor evaluation, negotiation, and tooling decisions. - You understand how engineering decisions affect revenue, risk, and customer trust. - English language skills at the B2 level and fluent russian language. What we offer - An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market! - Career prospects - we are young, we have huge ambitions, and it is important that our employees grow with us - Work with coworkers who are passionate about their business - Compensation that will fully correspond to the competence and knowledge, with yearly performance reviews - Remote work - 20 days of vacation time; bank holidays; sick leaves; additional birthday day off

TravoomTravoom is the marketplace for bucket list travel experiences.
Company Description About OleOle OleOle is building the world’s first decentralized football super app — a unified platform that brings together social media, messaging, real-time scores, live video, gambling, e-commerce, and crypto rewards. We’re building something truly unprecedented — a next-generation social network and messaging platform designed exclusively for the world’s 3+ billion football fans. Think Twitter, WhatsApp, and TikTok fused into one global superapp — built natively using Rust, Blockchain, and AI/ML. Our vision is bold. We’re not just creating another app — we’re creating the platform. A decentralized, multilingual football community powered by real-time translation for Twitter-style microblogging and TikTok-style videos in over 200 languages. But this isn't just social. We're monetizing through crypto-native gambling, building our own NFT marketplace focused on matchday imagery, and developing a low-fee crypto exchange we believe we can acquire and relaunch for almost nothing. With 4,000+ exchanges out there and fewer than 15 expected to survive, we see a clear consolidation opportunity. At the center of this entire ecosystem is our upcoming crypto token, OleX — a high-utility token powering transactions, rewards, gambling, and viral platform growth. We're looking for a hands-on technical leader to help architect this future, someone who knows Rust cold, understands blockchain inside and out, and has experience launching or scaling token-based platforms. Prior ICO experience is a big plus. This is not a CTO title in name only. You’ll be leading from the front, building the core architecture alongside a lean but growing team, helping us bring our decentralized football superapp to life. If you're looking to shape the future of social, crypto, and sport — this is it. Job Description if you don’t bother reading the job description please do not apply! Are you a CTO, with startup experience? A product-first, real-time systems builder who understands: - feeds (Twitter / TikTok) - messaging (WhatsApp / Signal) - performance at scale - AND can layer in: - crypto - AI - payments The Role: We’re seeking a hands-on CTO, and possibly a co-founder, who can own the core technology strategy of OleOle and lead its execution from day one. You will define and build the platform's architecture, oversee engineering direction, and help shape the company’s long-term roadmap. You won’t be managing a large team yet — you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and building alongside the founding team, with equity compensation during the pre-funding phase and a full-time paid position after funding. Key Responsibilities: - Design and lead development of the native Rust backend, including APIs, microservices, and system architecture. - Integrate and manage real-time messaging infrastructure using WebSockets and event-driven services. - Oversee the Solana-based OleX token, including smart contract development, wallet logic, and payments architecture. - Build the backend framework for AI-powered features, including translation, recommendation engines, and user content analysis. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all systems, especially in crypto and gambling environments. - Partner with the CEO and broader team to align technical goals with the company’s global vision.
