Product Manager – ERP

Momentus Technologies

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, leveraging AI tools for market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements in collaboration with UX and engineering • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI • Conduct discovery to uncover high value, unmet market / customer needs; conduct & synthesize competitive analysis • Create, manage and present product roadmaps • Collaborate with product pricing to determine ideal commercial / GTM plan • Track, measure, and report on product performance • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders • Make data-driven decisions to improve products, using AI-powered analytics and LLM-based insights to accelerate discovery and prioritization • Define and own the AI feature strategy for accounting workflows, including intelligent automation, anomaly detection, natural language interfaces, and AI-assisted reconciliation • Partner with engineering and design to evaluate LLM providers, agentic frameworks, and AI/ML models appropriate for ERP accounting use cases • Develop content for executive / board presentations on roadmap and product/market performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting strongly preferred. Would consider a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, finance)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management with experience working with Mid-Market ERP Systems (i.e. Acumatica, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, or similar mid-market ERP software)
  • Quantifiable product success stories
  • Strong understanding of the product development process
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate research, synthesis, and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an AI-first product environment: writing effective prompts, evaluating LLM outputs, and identifying where AI creates genuine value vs. where it introduces risk in financial workflows
  • Strong preference for East Coast time zone (for highly qualified candidates, would consider Central US time zone)
  • Experience shipping AI/ML features in a B2B SaaS product, including familiarity with model evaluation, responsible AI practices, and user trust considerations
  • Experience in the Venue or Event Management industry
  • Experience with Atlassian or Pendo
  • Experience with JTBD framework
