Influencer Sourcing Analyst

• Actively prospect creators on Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms. • Evaluate profiles based on metrics such as engagement, audience quality, content consistency and conversion potential. • Execute personalized and scalable outreach. • Manage the recruitment funnel: identification, contact, evaluation and approval. • Build and maintain a segmented influencer database. • Identify trends, formats and new creators with high potential. • Measure and optimize response, approval and activation rates.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing or managing influencers, affiliates or creators.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate performance metrics.
  • Strong execution skills and organizational ability.
  • Clear and persuasive written communication.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, databases).
  • Preferred: Experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of the Hispanic audience in the U.S.
  • Experience using scraping or automation tools.
