Head of UX Research

• Define and own the UX research vision, strategy, and roadmap • Represent the voice of the user across the company • Build, lead, and mentor a world class team of UX researchers • Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and AI Research leaders • Design and oversee mixed-methods research programs • Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights • Champion a strong user-centered culture

Job Requirements

  • 12-15+ years of experience in UX research
  • Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Proven ability to influence product strategy with executives
  • Experience working closely with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience researching expert or professional users (e.g., legal, enterprise, technical domains) is a strong plus.
