Clinical Product Specialist (SmarterNotes) Role The Clinical Specialist (CS) sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, AI, and product development, playing a critical role in building SmarterDx’s clinical documentation capabilities. As part of a highly cross-functional team spanning Product, Engineering, and Data Science, the CPS translates real-world physician workflows into scalable AI systems—shaping how clinical reasoning is represented, evaluated, and deployed in practice. This role has a direct impact on product quality and clinical trust. The CS defines and enforces the standard for clinical accuracy, safety, and usability, ensuring that what we build works for real clinicians in real care settings.
