Frontend Tech Lead

• Lead the front-end engineering efforts for your squad, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable internal tools. • Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the internal ecosystem, focusing on modularity, performance, and security. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (React/TypeScript) while maintaining a high standard through rigorous code reviews. • Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate complex business logic into intuitive technical solutions. • Establish and champion front-end excellence, including UI component libraries, testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E), and CI/CD pipelines. • Lead and coach a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth. • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring platforms remain highly responsive for internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Front-end development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role (FinTech/High-growth tech preferred).
  • Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Zustand).
  • Proven experience building complex dashboards, financial tools, or enterprise-grade administrative portals.
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind or CSS-in-JS), browser APIs, and web security (OWASP, OAuth2).
  • Strong experience with Micro-frontends, Component-driven development, and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
  • Extensive experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to lead a distributed team across different time zones.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead in a fast-paced environment is a bonus point.
  • Proven ability to automate development tasks using Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) is a bonus point.
