Role Description As a Postdoctoral Fellow, reporting to our Senior Director of R&D for External Research, you will be responsible for the development and submission of multiple manuscripts for peer review, addressing previously completed and on-going preclinical and clinical studies. Additionally, you manage at least one Business Acceleration Research (BAR) or Sponsored Academic and Government Research (SAR) project. It is anticipated that this role will be 70% technical writing, 20% science communications, and 10% administrative. There may also be opportunities to present research at various conferences and industry meetings. This is a temporary, 1-year position, with the potential for renewal or consideration for a full-time position if it becomes available. Core Expectations - Responsible for managing, writing, and submitting for peer-review, scholarly manuscripts on a variety of preclinical and clinical topics related to NAD+ boosting and Niagen Bioscience ingredients or products. - Work independently on assigned projects and manuscripts, meeting or exceeding deadlines. - Developing tables and figures of scientific and qualitative data. - Cross functional engagement internally and with external partners. - Manage one or more external projects. - Present manuscripts and projects to multidisciplinary and cross-functional audiences. Qualifications - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Technical writing skills. - English fluency. - Minimum of two first or senior author peer-reviewed scientific publications. - Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or ND) in life or health sciences. - Familiarity with the biochemistry and functions of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). - Incorporation of citation manager for literature reviews. - Experience conducting statistical analysis using GraphPad Prism and/or R. - Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision. ABOUT THIS POSITION Right now, we are looking for an outstanding, brilliant, and driven SDET to join our growing team. The SDET is responsible for testing the company's products to ensure that company standards and specifications are met. Responsibilities include executing test cases, creating and running automated scripts, creating defect reports, and working with Software Engineers to troubleshoot issues. The SDET will perform some, or all, of the following types of testing: functional, regression, usability, and load/performance. Also, the SDET works closely with the Manager, Application Engineering to ensure that the product is meeting the Waystar quality standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Test Planning & Execution - Analyze user stories and functional requirements to create detailed test plans. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Document and maintain test cases and results. - Automation - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and service layers. - Convert complex manual test cases into automated tests using Automation stack such as Selenium and C# Nunit, Postman, Jmeter, etc - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Defect Management - Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes. - Collaboration - Participate in Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. - Work closely with Application Engineers and Product Owners to ensure quality standards. - Technical Analysis - Write SQL scripts for backend validation and data integrity checks. - Perform API testing using tools such as Postman. - Additional duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance. - Proficiency in: - Automation tools and Frameworks: Selenium Playwright, C#, Nunit - Testing tools: Postman, Azure DevOps. - Databases: SQL Server, MySQL - Test Management : Zephyr, Azure Test plans - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices. API testing - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management. - Familiarity with X12 transactions. - Knowledge of performance and load testing tools. Role Description This internship will support a national research project focused on strengthening dual enrollment and advising practices that improve student transitions from high school into postsecondary education and careers. The intern will contribute to research, analysis, and tool development that informs how colleges and their K–12 partners support students moving through dual enrollment programs. This role is ideal for someone interested in advising, education policy, innovative partnerships, systems change, and applied research that directly informs institutional practice. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist with synthesizing qualitative data from interviews, focus groups, and site visits - Support the development of reports, case studies, and field-facing resources on dual enrollment and advising - Conduct background research on dual enrollment, college advising models, and student success strategies - Collaborate with team members to organize findings and translate insights into practical tools and frameworks - Contribute to internal planning and design efforts related to dual enrollment and strategic enrollment management initiatives Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in education, public policy, sociology, or a related field - Strong written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Interest in K–12/postsecondary partnerships, college access, or student success - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment - Experience with qualitative research methods (e.g., coding, thematic analysis) is a plus but not required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
