Position Purpose: Provides support with various activities and projects for print/fulfillment. - Coordinate and support print/fulfillment projects and mailings cross‑functionally and partner with internal partners & print and fulfillment vendors. - Track and coordinate projects to ensure prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. - Act as a liaison between department and project management software or key project personnel. - Coordinate various projects as assigned. Assist in ensuring compliance with departmental policies. - Coordinate with key personnel to perform functions as determined by departmental needs. - May act as backup to the Administrative Assistant function. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience. 3+ years of administrative experience providing support to two or more people simultaneously. Project Coordination experience preferred. Pay Range: $23.23 - $39.61 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Technical Oversight & Coordination - Provide overall technical oversight while leveraging discipline leads for detailed engineering execution. - Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including transmission, substation, distribution, civil, structural, environmental, and permitting. - Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality standards and align with utility criteria, industry codes, and best practices. - Oversee consultant and subconsultant performance as required. Cost, Schedule & Risk Management - Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. - Coordinate with project controls staff to track cost and schedule performance. - Manage change orders, scope changes, and contract modifications. - Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
