Senior Curam Technical Consultant

Cúram's solutions provide comprehensive lifecycle support for managing health and social programs—from identifying needs to achieving outcomes. Designed around the client, Cúram software empowers organizations to collaborate effectively, helping citizens access government services and achieve better health and social results. As a Senior Technical Consultant on the Curam team, you will have significant responsibility in the delivery of project implementations. You will work closely with clients and systems integration partners, and teams. Essential Job Duties - Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client stakeholders, focusing on technical and non-functional requirements. - Design and implement Cúram extensions and configurations, including workflows and rules. - Collaborate with clients and partners on matters related to the Cúram Business Application Suite (CBAS) architecture, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. - Develop, code, and unit test Cúram solutions in a J2EE environment using the Eclipse framework. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues where test results deviate from expected outcomes. - Establish strong working relationships with team members, system integration partners, and clients, promoting Cúram as a trusted solution. - Manage source code using standard version control tools. - Lead and mentor junior consultants on project teams. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - Minimum 8 years of experience in technical consulting, technology related role, ideally with a large consulting firm delivering solutions - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Cúram software - Minimum 5 years of experience in J2EE/Java development - Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL) Preferred Qualifications - Degree in Information Technology or related field - 8+ years of experience with Cúram software products and services - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud) Education and Certification Requirements - Bachelor's degree required Compensation The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
