Lowry, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a Premium Audit Trainer to deliver education, training, and ongoing support for our Premium Services Audit team members. This role functions as both a trainee and a mentor, actively instructing in the Learning Academy Class while also providing one-on-one mentoring, answering audit inquiries, and supporting continuous auditor development. In This Role, You Will: - Deliver live, structured training sessions via Zoom as an instructor for the Learning Academy. - Engage trainees throughout the full training cycle using a mix of lectures, videos, and interactive instruction. - Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and individual auditor needs. - Complete and review a variety of audits (virtual, phone-based, or on-site), including workers’ compensation and general liability. - Provide audit support during high-volume periods or when other instructors are unavailable. - Respond to audit-related inquiries via the team email queue, ensuring timely and accurate guidance. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless training and audit processes. - Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) content, including training modules and videos. - Incorporate trainee and team feedback to continuously improve training curriculum. - Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture through open communication and professional collaboration. What you need to be successful: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - 2-3 years of experience of premium audit experience (worker’s compensation, and general liability, garage, and auto) required. - 1-2 years of training and instruction required. - Nexus experience is a plus - WCIRB comp essential certification preferred - Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective presentations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Fluent in Microsoft Office products. - Process-focus and strong attention-to-detail. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $46,518 -$78,967 annually. The Return-To-Work Facilitator plays a critical role in supporting the Workers’ Compensation medical management process by coordinating and facilitating return-to-work initiatives for injured employees. This position works closely with RN Case Managers, medical providers, employers, and other stakeholders to obtain work status documentation (including DWC‑25 forms), communicate job requirements, and identify modified or permanent work solutions as medically appropriate. The RTW Facilitator also serves as backup support for claims intake functions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry while following all client, company, and State of Florida contractual protocols. Summary: The International Center provides educational programming for immigrants and refugees with the goal of improving learners’ English proficiency and communication skills. The incumbent will develop, design, and deliver thoughtful and effective ESOL classes and provide individual support and connection to services for English Language Learners. Salary: $38.00 per hour, part time, 30 - 34 hours per week. Locations: 80 Maiden Lane, New York, NY, 10038 Duties and Responsibilities: - Course Development and Instruction: In coordination with the Program Manager, design and deliver online 10-week ESOL courses over four semesters each year at intermediate and advanced levels. Create thorough and well-developed class curricula focusing on communicative competence for immigrants, aligned with appropriate NRS levels based on student need. In line with the current pedagogy, content will be meaningful and relevant to students’ self-sufficiency outside the classroom. - Manage and Support Students: Work with other Center staff and additional CCCS services to address student needs outside the classroom. Conduct participant intake, assess language proficiency, and identify goals. Provide weekly support to promote learning, engagement, and retention.
