Job Overview The Dispatcher is the link between customers and our network of field technicians across the United States. You will coordinate jobs from start to finish, ensuring that every request is assigned quickly, accurately, and professionally. Responsibilities - Assign customer jobs to the right technicians based on availability, location, and skillset. - Communicate with technicians via phone, chat, or email to provide all necessary details for each job. - Gather and confirm technical information from customers to ensure technicians are prepared. - Maintain real-time tracking of open jobs, following up until the technician confirms completion. - Handle inbound/outbound calls with technicians and customers, providing clear and professional communication. - Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when needed. - Meet daily and weekly assignment targets, contributing to overall team performance. - Document activities accurately in our systems (CRM/dispatch software).
