We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in podcast coordination to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: - Research and identify podcast guests and talent aligned with brand goals; - Gather and organize contact information for outreach; - Support outreach preparation and tracking; - Assist with episode planning (topics, outlines, talking points); - Help organize content calendars and production timelines; - Support overall podcast workflow and coordination; - Analyze and organize podcast performance data and metrics; - Maintain and update tracking systems (Google Sheets, internal tools); - Help identify trends and insights from performance data; - Manage task lists and help prioritize daily activities; - Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars; - Draft and format emails for outreach and internal communication; - Create and format presentation decks using templates (Canva / PowerPoint);
Job Requirements
- Experience in podcasting, media, or content creation;
- Experience working with analytics or performance data;
- Familiarity with tools like Gigwell or similar platforms;
- Interest in podcasts, creators, or digital media;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail);
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling;
- Ability to write clear, professional emails;
- Comfortable creating and editing decks using Canva or PowerPoint;
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes;
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude;

Responsible for preparation of all European VAT reporting requirements; undertaking the RCI Europe Intercompany process including invoicing, reporting and settlements. Performance of posting/reconciliation of bank accounts daily, bank and account reconciliations, payment processing. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - This role focusses predominantly on the VAT and Intercompany tasks. There is another role focusing predominantly on the Treasury tasks, assisting with the VAT and Intercompany tasks. VAT - Responsible for preparation, submission & payment of European VAT returns for RCI Europe. - Liaison with internal Business Partners and external advisors necessary for submission of certain VAT returns. - Maintain VAT calendar to ensure all internal and statutory deadlines are met regarding companies above. - Support the Tax team. - Responsibility for completing Oracle VAT control accounts balance sheet reconciliations within specified deadlines at month end and quarter end, based on risk rating (High, Medium & Low risk). - Ensure VAT process notes are up to date. - Ongoing improvements to the in-house Making Tax Digital system. Intercompany - Responsible for managing the outbound and inbound intercompany invoices and resolve any queries (upward of 15 invoices processed/raised and journaled monthly). - Prepare intercompany reconciliations (proof) at month end and confirm intercompany balances with 8 external entities. - Investigate and resolve any Intercompany differences. - Arrange settlement of intercompany balances through netting and bank transfer on an ad hoc basis. - Responsible for completing assigned balance sheet reconciliations within specified deadlines at month end and quarter end, based on risk rating (High, Medium & Low risk).
