Job Description Responsibilities - Provide on-site and in-depth education and training sessions to external customers, with the ability to propose solutions to day-to-day clinical and operational challenges. - Design and deliver flexible training solutions to meet specific customer needs, including remote or online education. - Investigate and analyze local market and customer needs, using in-depth knowledge of ultrasound systems and clinical workflows to support commercial strategies and projects. - Share relevant insights and prioritize information to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. - Maintain awareness of competitive solutions and understand key differentiators in the market. - Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in close collaboration with the local commercial team. - Act as a subject matter resource for colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization. - Join and support the team in marketing and educational activities such as trade shows, workshops, and congresses. - A role at this level requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, combined with ultrasound technical and/or clinical experience. - Demonstrated hands-on experience working with ultrasound systems. - Solid understanding of clinical education and adult learning principles. - Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and adapt messaging based on the audience. - Willingness and ability to travel. - Valid driving license. - Fluency in Swedish and good working knowledge of English. - Ability to work independently with strong organizational and planning skills. Work Arrangement: Standard M-F, 8-5 Position Summary: This position is a full-time role located on site in either the Irvine or Boise offices of DZYNE Technologies LLC, or remote within the United States. The primary goal of this position is to design, develop, and maintain customized SharePoint sites and business applications that support and streamline critical enterprise processes. This role goes beyond building electronic forms - encompassing the creation of Power Apps solutions, automated workflows using Power Automate, and data-driven analytics through Power BI dashboards in Microsoft’s GCC High government cloud The ideal candidate will leverage SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform to improve document management, enhance accessibility, accelerate workflow efficiency, and deliver actionable insights across the organization.
