Role Description RxBenefits is hiring! We are adding a Strategic Pharmacy Analyst to our growing Business Development team. The Analyst will work closely with our Business Development team to achieve sales goals. The Analyst may work remotely or in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. The enhanced Strategic Pharmacy Analyst (SPA) team will expand and deepen the relationship between the Business Development (BD) team, the SPAs, and our Employee Benefit Consultants (EBC). The SPA will be assigned to support two Business Development Executives and their assigned Employee Benefit Consultants. The SPA is responsible for all activities related to supporting the sales process once an analysis is verified to be correct and released. • Work with some of Swedbank’s most complex clients within the mid corporate segment, in one of two sector teams (we seek one Client Analyst for each team) • To analyse both existing clients as well as prospects • Be updated on the clients' financial position and strategy • Together with the Client Executive develop and pursue the bank's strategy for a portfolio of clients • Together with the Client Executive actively seek, propose and pursue deals with clients and prospects as well as maintain long-term client relations • Be responsible for preparing and presenting business related information to relevant committees within the bank. • Ensure that internal regulations including KYC and AML are complied with • Work closely together with the Client Executive and the different product areas within C&I.
