We are actively searching for a Senior Specialty Representative to deliver on our commitment to serve patients. The Senior Specialty Representative acts as the primary customer contact and is responsible for implementing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products as led by the District Manager. The Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative acts as the primary customer contact and is responsible for implementing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products as led by the District Manager. This program is typically 9-12 months and upon successful completion of this program you will have the skills needed to handle claims independently and progress toward full claims handling responsibility. This position services Insureds/Agents in Southaven, MS. The selected candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate at their own expense to the assigned territory. This position is based remotely with work at residential and commercial locations with a combination of mobile work, work from your primary residence, or the nearest Travelers office. As part of the hiring process, this position will require the completion of an online pre-employment assessment. Generally, required Insurance License(s) must be obtained within three months of starting the role, and ongoing continuing education requirements must be maintained as mandated. - This position requires participation in our Catastrophe Response Program, which could include deployment to assist our customers in other states. - This position requires the individual to access and inspect all areas of a dwelling or structure, which is physically demanding requiring the ability to carry, set up and climb a ladder weighing approximately 38 to 49 pounds, walk on roofs, and enter tight spaces (such as attic staircases and entries, crawl spaces, etc.).
