Territory Sales Manager - Northeast US
Supreme International Limited
The Territory Sales Manager will represent Supreme International and work with all dealers/customers in the Northeast US territory. They will strategically increase market share thru existing dealer/customer growth as well as new dealer/customer development. They will maintain exceptional dealer/customer relationships and conduct business in the highest ethical manner. Professionalism and addressing all dealer/customer inquiries promptly is paramount as the Territory Sales Manager will be the company lead in relaying accurate information as well as providing excellent product and service training. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for: • Strategically growing market share thru competitive analysis of dealer/customer organizations within defined geography. • Driving performance improvement initiatives by providing on-site training and consultation to the existing dealer/customer network. • Identifying, developing and training key dealer/customer personnel to leverage their resources to maximize sales for the Supreme line of products. • Facilitate knowledge transfer to dealer/customer network by coordinating webinars/seminars on various sales and/or service topics. • Maximize dealers’ use of tools and programs to deliver a consistent customer experience and increase dealer performance. • Manage the successful identification, qualification, selection, and establishment of prospective dealers. • Prepare and present new dealer opportunities and/or existing dealer termination or cures to management for approval. • Support Dealer Recognition programs (Dealer Rewards Program, etc.) • Resolve dealer/customer issues regarding sales and service. • Monitor dealer/customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Review sales reports and consult with dealers/customers to forecast sales and profitability. • Advise dealers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. • Professionally represent company at trade association meetings to promote products. • Review and analyze legislation, laws, and public policy, and recommend changes when applicable to promote and support the interest of Supreme International. • Assess marketing potential of new and existing dealer store locations, and prioritize territory marketing expenses to best support growth goals. • Work in connection with IT department regarding all technology projects. (CRM maintenance, etc.) • Approximately 50% travel required.
