Job Description

Instructor Partnership Manager

ELVTR

ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by industry experts from global companies such as Nike, Netflix, Google, and more. Since our establishment in 2020, we have grown from a small team to 140 talented members, delivering education to over 17,000 students worldwide. We are currently expanding our team to support our growing network of instructors and the continued scale of our live course offerings. Position Overview: ELVTR is looking for an Instructor Partnership Manager to own and elevate the experience of our instructor community. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with industry experts who lead our live courses. You will act as their main point of contact, ensuring they are supported, aligned, and set up for success throughout the course lifecycle. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a work schedule of 12PM-8PM SAST. This job is for you if you are: - A natural relationship builder who can earn trust quickly with senior professionals and subject-matter experts. - Comfortable influencing without authority—you know how to persuade, align, and de-escalate when needed. - Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong instinct for identifying risks before they escalate. - Highly accountable, able to own outcomes while coordinating across multiple stakeholders. - Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote, cross-cultural environment. Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned instructors throughout their engagement with ELVTR. - Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding instructor motivations, constraints, and preferred communication styles. - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact course delivery or instructor satisfaction. - Manage all instructor-related escalations, including scheduling changes, course structure concerns, compensation questions, and delivery risks. - Monitor instructor engagement and flag early signs of disengagement or potential dropout. - Develop and maintain a strong external network of industry experts within relevant subject areas, including attending virtual events and tracking key voices in the market. - Review course landing pages, sales materials, and promotional content to ensure alignment with the instructor’s expertise and positioning. - Track course performance and provide structured feedback to sales and internal teams to address gaps in messaging or product understanding.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing relationships with senior professionals, executives, or subject-matter experts in professional services, talent management, media, education, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks and manage complex stakeholder situations.
  • Comfort working across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-touch relationships simultaneously.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in EdTech, online learning, or course production environments.
  • Background in account management, talent coordination, or client services in high-touch, professional services settings.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Coda, and CRM or talent management systems.
  • Experience building and maintaining professional talent pipelines, speaker networks, or instructor communities.

Benefits

  • High earning potential with competitive base pay, performance-based bonuses, and growth opportunities.
  • Mental health support, fitness reimbursements, generous vacation policy, and access to all ELVTR courses.
  • A fast-paced, performance-driven culture that rewards ownership, initiative, and results.
  • Why You Should Join ELVTR:
