Program Manager, Software Implementation (Insurance SaaS, Delivery Leadership) Drive Complex Programs to Outcome Location: Remote US or Canada About the Role — Own Delivery for High-Impact Software Programs This role is about execution. We are looking for a Program Manager who has led complex software implementations and knows how to drive programs to completion in real-world environments—not just manage timelines. You will lead large-scale software delivery programs for insurance customers, working across Majesco and client teams to ensure outcomes are met—on scope, on schedule, and aligned to business goals. Your impact will be measured by delivery performance, program health, and your ability to identify and solve problems before they slow the business down.
