Role Description We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. - Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. - Research target accounts and personalise outreach at scale. - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline targets. - Maintain accurate records in the CRM. Requirements - 1+ years of SDR or sales experience. - Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. - Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot). - Curiosity and eagerness to learn about our product and industry.
