You will work closely with engineers and product managers to explain complex topics simply. Qualifications - 2+ years of technical writing experience. - Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Familiarity with Markdown, Confluence, or similar documentation tools. - Experience working with software or SaaS products. - Excellent grammar, structure, and attention to detail. Requirements - Write and maintain user guides, API docs, and internal wikis. - Collaborate with engineers to understand and document technical features. - Ensure documentation is current with product releases. - Gather feedback from users and improve content accordingly. - Develop and maintain documentation style guides.
