We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven PPC - Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused entirely on driving high-quality local leads for U.S.-based B2C businesses. This is not a brand awareness role. You will own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy and build through to optimisation, reporting, and continuous improvement. You should be confident working with Search, Performance Max, Target CPA bidding, and Google Business Profile integration - and you must care deeply about lead quality, not just volume. In this role, you will: ✨ Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local B2C businesses 📊 Create and manage high-performing Google Ads ♻️ Rehabilitate struggling campaigns to achieve measurable success 🔍 Test keywords, headlines, copy, and landing pages to find winning combinations 🛠️ Handle technical and creative tasks personally or direct freelancers as needed 📈 Report regularly to the leadership team on campaign performance and growth opportunities ⚙️ Implement new processes to enhance team efficiency and agility Working hours : This is a full time role, working from 6am - 2pm EST, with some flexibility.
Job Requirements
- You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- ✅ 3-4 plus years of proven experience managing Google Ads for local lead generation (U.S. B2C businesses)
- ✅ Experience in working in a marketing or digital ad agency.
- ✅ Strong track record driving calls and form leads - not just traffic
- ✅ Hands-on expertise with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns
- ✅ Experience using Target CPA bidding to consistently hit cost-per-lead goals
- ✅ Solid understanding of Google Business Profile integration and local/Maps ads
- ✅ Strong analytical skills — you can turn performance data into clear actions
- ✅ High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset focused on lead quality
- Bonus points if you have:
- ⭐ Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads
- ⭐ Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns
- ⭐ Experience with YouTube Ads or Google Display Network
- ⭐ Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, GA4, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio
- ⭐ Experience working with U.S. dental or medical practices
- ⭐ Experience generating leads through other paid channels (TikTok, programmatic, etc.)

• Create high-performing video ads tailored for various digital platforms (Socials, Adult sites) with a strong focus on user acquisition and engagement • Lead the editing and post-production process for marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging, emotionally compelling, and conversion-optimized • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards that align with performance data and campaign objectives • Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to enhance creative output and accelerate production timelines • Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling while adapting to rapid feedback and performance-based iterations • Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and channel-specific best practices • Stay on top of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent space to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table • Ensure all content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
