We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day finance operations of watchTowr across Singapore, UK, and US. This is a transactional and process-support role - you will own the accuracy and completeness of processing across AP, AR, payroll support, and GL reconciliations, working closely with the Financial Controller and reporting to the VP of Finance. The role is based in Singapore. Sounds great – what will I do? Accounts Payable - Process all incoming invoices in Tipalti - coding, approval routing, payment scheduling - to agreed SLAs - Maintain the vendor master list and GL reference table; own vendor onboarding in Tipalti including bank detail verification - Reconcile AP ledger monthly; flag discrepancies before close - Ensure zero out-of-system payments - flag exceptions immediately Accounts Receivable - Raise and send customer invoices accurately and on time, in line with contract terms - Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances - Reconcile AR ledger monthly Payroll Support - Coordinate payroll inputs across SG, UK, and US to payroll providers on time - Verify payroll output against inputs before submission to Finance Manager for sign-off - Process employee expense reimbursements accurately and to agreed timelines GL & Month-End Support - Prepare standard month-end journals - accruals, prepayments, depreciation - under Financial Controller guidance - Perform GL reconciliations; resolve open items before close - Flag ambiguous GL coding to Finance Controller before posting General - Maintain audit-ready financial records across all entities - Support the Finance Controller during audit fieldwork - retrieving schedules, supporting documentation, and reconciliations - Flag process gaps or errors proactively - do not wait for review to surface issues.
