About the role Clinical Application Specialist (homebased) for EMEIA region. Ideal candidate should be fluent in southern Indian (Tamil or Malayalam) and English languages. Fluency in Hindi is also a plus. Key responsibilities will include - Ability to travel 80% of working hours - General responsibilities of clinical application specialist would be - Clinical training: Provide customer the on-site support and clinical training within a scope of “going live” clinical training - process and perform training classes both in the training centre and on-site. - Clinical testing: Assisting with testing new releases in a clinical environment in as many clinical scenarios as possible. - Sales support: This would involve assisting the Sales Managers by presenting the product to prospective customers. - Customer Support: This would involve providing onsite, telephone and remote support for our customers, for Vision - RT’s range of products. - Specific details - Work closely with existing customers to provide expert support and assistance in clinical utilisation of Vision RT’s - products. - Close liaison with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols and to support the clinical adoption and development - of new applications. - Liaise with R&D to provide product feedback and recommendations for future improvements. - Attend exhibitions and provide product demonstrations. - Assist sales with product demonstrations at customer sites. - Provide clinical applications training to customers either in-house, on site or remotely. - Coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training classes. Role Description The Chronic Care Management (CCM) Assistant – Clinical Check Specialist plays a critical role in Carda Health's private partnership programs, supporting the delivery of safe, personalized care through thorough clinical checks, data accuracy, and proactive patient assessment.
