• verantwortlich für das End‑of‑Life‑Management elektrischer Systeme für medizinische Lager- und Kommissioniersysteme • Fokus auf Standardisierung, Wiederverwendung, Kostenoptimierung („Cost‑to‑Win) • Durchführen von Value‑Engineering‑Analysen zur Kostenreduktion • Serienpflege, Sustaining Engineering & EOL‑Management elektrischer Systeme • Komponentenauswahl & Spezifikation elektrischer Bauteile • Berechnungen & Simulationen elektrischer Systeme • Erstellung von Fertigungsbaugruppen, Stücklisten, technischer Dokumentation • Pflege/Änderung von Schaltplänen • Erstellen und Anpassen von Kabelbaum‑Zeichnungen • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests gemäß Testplan • Kenntnisse von regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen: Maschinenrichtlinie, EN 60204‑1
Job Requirements
- Berufserfahrung in elektrischer Konstruktion und Dokumentation (SolidWorks und SolidWorks Electrical oder EPLAN)
- Studium in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Validierung (Safexpert, Sistema)
- Kenntnisse in Messtechnik / EMV-Grundlagen
- Kenntnisse in GDP Dokumentationsstandards
- Kenntnisse in Jira, PCB -Design und MS-Office
- sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

• Conduct EMI/EMC testing and analysis on electronic systems and components. • Drive product maturity through rapid prototyping, design verification, and qualification activities. • Develop and implement design strategies to mitigate EMI/EMC issues. • Prepare test plans, reports, and documentation for compliance verification. • Collaborate with product design teams to ensure EMC requirements are integrated during the design phase. • Identify program EMI/EMC risks and define strategies for reducing risk through the definition of modeling, simulation, or experimental activities. • Stay updated on relevant standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464D, DOD-160, FCC, CISPR, IEC) and regulatory requirements. • Conduct field tests and assessments to evaluate product performance in real-world environments. • Work in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple concurrent projects and customers.
• Full cycle PCB design including collecting requirements, schematic design, component selection, supervision or completion of layout, bring-up, test, debug, and system integration • Conduct bring-up and design work on microcontrollers, ensuring seamless integration within the system • Troubleshoot issues that span electrical and software boundaries, utilizing both lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and basic software debugging tools • Perform power design, including development and integration of power management systems and components • Develop payloads and subsystems (sensors, payload interfaces, power management, and networking) • Create system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses that connect electronic equipment within a subsystem • Collaborate closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional, mission-critical products • Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews
