• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts. • Balance and maintain client relationships. • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies. • Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units. • Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.

Role Description The Financial Representative, focused on Time Collection, performs multiple audits on a daily/weekly and monthly basis using Excel and Access. - Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types. - Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions. - Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states. - Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts. - Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner. - Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change.
