Major Responsibilities - Conduct sensitive investigations across a range of areas including players, officials, and other league and team employees. - Assist legal and other departments in the investigation of any potential integrity-related misconduct. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership on all investigative findings. - Develop security plans and coordinate the implementation of these plans for various global events. Required Skills/Knowledge - Ability to organize data and prepare detailed reports of investigative findings. - Strong background in intelligence gathering, to include familiarity and use of online resources, investigative databases, subscription services, and public record checks. - Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality of sensitive information. - Proven expertise in conducting complex and varied criminal investigations to include, but not limited to financial crimes, crimes of violence, gambling offenses, weapons offenses, and drug and alcohol-related offenses. - Ability to utilize and interpret information acquired through a variety of sources, to include personal interviews, document examination, and open-source media and video. - Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal business groups, with law enforcement contacts, and security services. - Firm understanding of basic threat, vulnerability, and risk assessment methodologies. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Flexibility to travel as needed. Qualifications - 3 plus years experience in research, customer strategy, product marketing, or player engagement roles, ideally in iGaming, digital entertainment, or consumer tech. - Proven ability to design and deliver impactful research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. - Strong storytelling and communication skills - able to make complex insights simple, relevant, and actionable for business audiences. - Deep understanding of customer segmentation, user journeys, and player lifecycle strategies. - Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align research outcomes with business goals. - Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-rich environment. - Comfort with analytics and behavioral data; SQL or data visualization skills are a plus but not required. - Familiarity with AI-powered research tools and emerging applications of generative AI in insight development, segmentation, and customer understanding. - Have an appetite for learning about the gambling industry and/or existing knowledge of the gambling industry Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires.
