Unity Lead Full time Remote Currently, we are seeking a skilled Unity Lead to drive the technical direction of our Unity projects and lead a high-performing engineering team. Your Role: - Provide technical and people leadership for the Unity engineering teams, ensuring high delivery standards and team efficiency; - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals; - Build and maintain technical processes and development standards for Unity; - Drive architectural vision and make strategic technical decisions to ensure scalability, stability, and long-term maintainability of the codebase; - Mentor engineers through code reviews, feedback, and support on complex technical challenges; - Manage priorities and plan tasks within the team; - Participating in the design and development of new technical products, as well as maintaining existing ones; - Creating solutions capable of demonstrating stable performance in the long term; - Involvement in the full development cycle, including release activities and product evolution. What makes you a perfect fit? - Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions in mobile gaming projects; - Product management skills and ability to maintain a long-term technical vision; - Ability to articulate risks, and set priorities correctly; - Experience designing and maintaining versioning strategies, managing dependencies, and setting up internal package delivery processes; - Experience with native development at least for 1 platform (iOS or Android); - Ability to communicate effectively across teams, clearly explaining goals and trade-offs; - Solid understanding of DOD principles, multithreading and design patterns; - Experience with integrating various SDKs into Unity (e.g., Firebase, Analytics, Ads Networks); - Experience in optimizing games for mobile platforms; - Understanding of client-server interactions (REST, Websockets).
