We are seeking a Data Solutions Lead to drive growth through client-facing solutioning, pre-sales support, and technical delivery leadership in our Consumer Business Unit, which supports clients in the Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods verticals. This is a highly visible, commercially focused role, with success measured by influence on pipeline growth, the ability to support and close complex Data opportunities, and drive delivery excellence in execution. The role includes an expectation of approximately 50% billable involvement in client programs, with the balance being dedicated to overseeing early-stage client engagements, pursuit support, and data solution development continuity. The Data Solutions Lead will operate directly in new business pursuits and client engagements, shaping solutions with clients, translating business needs into credible, executable architectures, and leading teams to deliver those solutions. Information Security Responsibilities - Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols - Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets - Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) - Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities - Partner closely with Sales and Client Partners to drive data solutions growth through client-facing solutioning and active pursuit support across the Consumer BU verticals - Lead data solution design in client conversations, shaping technical approaches, scope, and value propositions aligned to client business outcomes - Experience leading client-facing data transformation initiatives or consulting engagements. - Operate as the technical authority for data architecture, guiding engineering teams and influencing executive stakeholders. - Serve as the primary data solution credibility lead in Consumer pursuits, influencing deal direction, supporting pipeline progression, and helping close complex opportunities - Support proposal development, including defining technical approaches, delivery models, estimates, and value cases for data engagements - Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and data teams to define and plan solutions in support of pursuits and billable client programs - Translate solution designs from pursuits into clear, actionable handoffs for delivery teams to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered - Maintain an active billable role at approximately 50%, providing hands-on architectural oversight and delivery involvement to support solution continuity and delivery excellence - Engage directly with client stakeholders and data teams, building trusted relationships and using data science strategies to develop solutions - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to Bounteous capabilities - Available for frequent travel to client sites for meetings, workshops, and pitches Preferred Qualifications - Significant experience in data consulting or professional services environments, with a strong emphasis on client-facing solutioning and pre-sales support - Demonstrated success supporting and closing data opportunities through technical leadership, architecture ownership, and active participation in sales pursuits - Experience supporting clients in at least one of the Consumer BU verticals (Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods). - Experience supporting both B2C and B2B client programs strongly preferred - Strong background architecting real-world data solutions using modern platforms such as Databricks and or Snowflake, with experience across at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and execution considerations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Comfort operating in a commercially-driven role where success is measured by growth impact, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution - Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to lead client conversations independently and partner closely with Sales and Client Partner leaders - Experience operating in fast-moving consulting environments with limited structure, including comfort remaining hands-on when needed We invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here. Job Description: The Data Integrity Specialist I reports to the System Data Integrity Manager with daily input from the Data Integrity Team Lead and is a part of the system Health Information Management (HIM) team responsible for the integrity of the Legal Health Record (LHR) and Master Patient Index.
