THE WORK - Design and develop advanced power supplies, power systems, and power distribution for RADAR and other military systems. - Manage requirements and maintain power budgets. - Perform detailed analysis and select appropriate components. - Produce design documentation, including schematics, parts lists, and cable designs. - Create test plans, write technical reports, and support the build/test of assembled hardware. - Collaborate with manufacturing and laboratory teams, providing hands‑on technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle. Basic Qualifications: Knowledge in switching and linear power supply design and test. Candidate should be familiar with power conversion topologies/techniques as well as designs involving COTS products. Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, DVMs, etc. is required. The ability to obtain and hold a DOD security clearance.
