Visits are on-demand, low-barrier and synchronous telehealth visits using video or audio-only technology. Interpreter services are available for patients who do not speak English as their primary language. This position will work closely with our Linkage to Care Coordinators (LTCC’s) that help link patients to longitudinal care in their area. Job Summary Communicates back and forth with WM Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial and roll-off lines of business.
