• Leads strategy and operations for three distinct Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) across health systems, pharmacy, and community clinic segments. • Accountable for driving member value, contract compliance, and financial performance across all GPO portfolios. • Oversees business process optimization, complex supplier negotiations, and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve operational, commercial, and financial KPIs. • Manages large and complex accounts, develops strategies to maximize contract utilization across varied care settings, and ensures consistent, efficient execution across internal teams and GPO models. • Develops and implements enterprise‑aligned strategies across three GPOs serving health system, pharmacy, and community clinic markets. • Serves as the primary executive liaison for multiple GPOs, health systems, pharmacy organizations, community clinics, and key external stakeholders. • Owns overall financial performance across the three GPOs, including revenue, margin, and economic value delivered to members. • Establishes, tracks, and reports on KPIs to ensure consistent performance and transparency across portfolios.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, supply chain, or GPO environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GPO operations, RFP processes, and complex contract negotiation.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-portfolio or multi-entity businesses with diverse customer segments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Excellent executive communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead teams within a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
