This is a remote position. We are looking for a resourceful and analytical Influencer Creator Discovery & Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for identifying and vetting influencer talent across social platforms, managing initial outreach efforts, and building a strong pipeline of creators that align with our brand and campaign objectives. You will play a critical role in expanding and maintaining our influencer network. Key Responsibilities • Conduct ongoing research to identify new and emerging creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Evaluate potential influencers based on audience demographics, engagement quality, brand alignment, and content authenticity. • Manage and execute first-contact outreach to creators, maintaining a professional and on-brand tone across all communications. • Build and maintain a well-organized influencer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date creator profiles. • Track and manage outreach pipelines, including response rates, follow-ups, and conversion into active partnerships. • Work closely with the campaign team to understand upcoming creator needs and proactively source aligned talent. • Analyze platform trends and emerging creator communities to surface early opportunities for brand partnerships. • Report regularly on discovery pipeline metrics, outreach performance, and roster growth. Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent sourcing. • Deep familiarity with social media platforms and the creator economy landscape. • Strong research skills with an eye for identifying authentic, high-potential creators. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. • High level of organization and comfort working with data-heavy CRM or talent tracking tools. • Experience with influencer discovery platforms (e.g., Traackr, Modash, Heepsy, or similar) is preferred. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess audience quality and engagement metrics critically.

OVERVIEW The Cereal Influencer & Content (I&C) Manager will be responsible for leading the cereal I+C team while building detailed planning and execution of influencer marketing, owned social media and content development initiatives for their assigned brands – granola, Chex, Wheaties. This role brings a social-first approach to brand campaigns, ensuring creator partnerships deliver cultural relevancy, consumer connection, meaningful scale and measurable impact. This role oversees day-to-day influencer relationships, execution plans, QA, and continuous optimization across creator activations. In this role you will collaborate closely with peers in Brand Management, Incentives, Content production, Media, and Retail Media to align influencer execution with broader brand goals. The Cereal Influencer & Content (I&C) Manager will partner with the Business Unit Director (BUD) leadership team as needed and will coordinate with external partners to drive seamless campaign delivery against defined brand objectives and social first standards.
