Role Description We're looking for a Campaign Management Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for college students looking to jumpstart their career in AdTech. The intern will work closely with the Operations teams to gain first-hand experience in the industry. Client Operations is a key function within the business – it requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns, and to satisfy the demands of multiple stakeholders (media agency, creative agency, publisher) often with tight deadlines. If you are an energetic and friendly team player who can easily prioritize and multitask in our fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly, you’re a great fit for this role. What You Will Do: - Assist end to end campaign setups: quality assurance of ad files and campaign materials, ad trafficking within the Innovid platform; - Ensure that project deliverables meet time specifications and quality goals, that deliverables are on schedule and within specification and budget for a given project; - Attend meetings/training sessions with internal teams as well as Creative Agencies, Media Buyers, Publishers, and Media Owners to facilitate smooth delivery of all aspects of campaign; - Learn to troubleshoot creative, site tagging and tracking issues that may arise throughout the process through live Quality Assurance tools and Reporting. Qualifications - An interest in learning about advertising technology and digital media; - A strong understanding of MSOffice (especially Excel) and Internet technologies; - Great people skills – you’re a problem solver who can thrive in a team-based workforce; - Exceptional oral and written communication skills; - A basic understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem; - Currently a graduating senior or recent graduate looking to launch a career in Adtech. Requirements - Work 40 hours per week during the internship program scheduled from June 1st through July 31st; - Compensation for this role is $19.00/hour; - This position is open to remote candidates in the United States, with a preference for candidates in Pacific Timezones. • Own and drive the full certification roadmap - from the initial gap analysis and process design to successful external audit and certification. • Design, implement, and continuously improve a high-performance QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2026 requirements. • Act as the primary interface to certification bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders. • Support the company’s Quality Policy and actively contribute to achieving Quality Objectives. • Prepare and present Management Reviews for executive leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making. • Standardize, harmonize, and optimize quality-related processes across all departments. • Establish a culture of continuous improvement (e.g., CAPA, root cause analysis, lessons learned). • Define, track, and report on quality KPIs to ensure transparency and performance. • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and product quality. • Define and enforce standards for technical documentation and document control. • Ensure full product traceability and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. • Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness. • Identify risks within processes and systems and implement effective mitigation strategies. • Support external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Responsibilities - Manage internal finance projects focused on process improvement, system integration, and reporting automation. -  Coordinate the onboarding of new service providers (e.g., payment processors, infrastructure partners). -  Oversee IT and marketing subscriptions, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation. - Map, document, and optimize finance workflows across all Group entities. - Track project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of internal initiatives. - Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management. - Lead and coordinate internal project meetings, maintain documentation, and track action points through completion.
