Role Description Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir einen engagierten Key Account Manager OEM (m/w/d), der unsere Werkskunden strategisch betreut und unsere Lösungen nachhaltig im Markt positioniert. - Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer OEM-Werkskunden im In- und Ausland - Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen und Identifikation neuer Potenziale - Steuerung von Projekten von der Anfrage bis zur Serienreife - Verhandlung von Angeboten und Rahmenvereinbarungen in Abstimmung mit der GF - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst, Technik und internationalen Partnern - Koordination aller vertriebsrelevanten Aktivitäten - Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche sowie Teilnahme an Meetings und Messen - Schulung der OEM-KAM`s hinsichtlich unserer Produktportfolios - Sie berichten direkt an die GF Qualifications - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung – alternativ vergleichbare Erfahrung - Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im B2B-Umfeld, idealerweise mit OEM-Kunden - Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten - Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und strategisches Denken - Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil jedoch keine Bedingung - Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland Benefits - Unbefristete Position in einer wachstumsstarken Branche - Attraktives Vergütungssystem mit Entwicklungsperspektive - Moderne Ausstattung für mobiles Arbeiten - Firmenfahrzeug auch zur Privatnutzung bei entsprechender Versteuerung - Individuelle Einarbeitung und Produktschulungen - Flache Hierarchien und kurze Entscheidungswege - Ein starkes Team, das gemeinsam anpackt
