Job Description

Business Development Manager – Web3, DeFi

Flatgigs

• Secure DeFi Partnerships: Close at least one new B2B integration or Web3 partnership per month. • Pipeline Conversion: Convert a massive DeFi lead list into signed agreements via warm introductions and existing credibility. • Deal Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle and negotiate complex Web3 deal structures, including retainer and success-based terms.

Job Requirements

  • Ecosystem Credibility: Minimum 1 year deeply embedded in the Asian Web3/DeFi space.
  • Active Network: Strong, existing relationships with regional DeFi protocols, businesses, or institutional players.
  • Closing Experience: Proven track record closing and supporting B2B deals and partnerships in a tech or crypto context.
  • Technical Familiarity: Deep understanding of Web3 deal structures and how partnerships are typically structured in the DeFi space.
  • Location: Currently based in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, or China.
  • Preferred: Prior experience at a DeFi protocol, blockchain infrastructure firm, or Web3 startup.
